PLM Deployment Lead - Global Digital R&D

As the PLM Deployment Lead – Global Digital R&D, you will drive the accelerated development and deployment of Core Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for Global Mars Wrigley as part of our transformative D30 program. Collaborating closely with Corporate R&D and other segments, you'll co-create PLM templates and future business processes to standardize practices across Mars. Leading from the Digital Technologies (DT) side, you'll oversee multiple implementation projects, ensuring effective delivery of PLM modules across Mars Wrigley. Working alongside global PLM leads and R&D experts, you'll manage critical stakeholder relationships and provide program oversight to accelerate PLM deployment globally, integrating seamlessly with other D30 Transformation and ERP initiatives.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree minimum or equivalent work experienceMinimum 10 years’ of experience deploying large programs across multiple functional areas (R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, etc.)Expertise in program management, adept at leading large-scale initiatives and delivering results across diverse functional areasProven track record in stakeholder engagement, navigating complex organizational landscapes, and fostering collaboration across teamsExtensive experience operating and leading agile delivery teams, ensuring efficient and adaptive project executionDeep knowledge and hands-on experience with PLM or Spec management solutions, driving innovation and efficiency in R&D processesStrong capability in influencing senior leadership with clear and compelling communications, simplifying complex situations to identify root causes and propose effective solutions**

What will be your key responsibilities?

Lead the charge in Digital Technologies (DT) for designing and developing PLM solutions across Global Mars Wrigley, partnering closely with D30 and Corporate R&D. You'll spearhead the replacement of legacy systems like Veritas and Radar, driving innovation in core R&D functionalities.Ensure seamless global delivery of PLM products, aligning with D30's objectives and driving Mars Wrigley's transformation agenda forward. Manage phased deployments by capability (specs, recipe management, compliance, etc.) and across various regions, markets, and factories.Implement best practices in program management for PLM deployment, overseeing budget, scope, change management, and team leadership. Collaborate closely with VP and Director-level leaders in both functional and DT areas to co-lead MW R&D's global program.Directly manage strategic partnerships with System Integrators (SIs), overseeing contracting, supervision, and sign-off on deliverables. This includes managing activities such as data migration, system configuration, regional project management, system interfaces, and data workflows.Partner with Mars Global Services' Global Digital Operations to ensure seamless integration and address architectural, infrastructure, and service/sustainment needs for PLM.Take charge of stakeholder communication alongside MW segment leads, delivering crucial updates and fostering alignment across the global Mars Wrigley organization.Develop a comprehensive multi-year roadmap for PLM deployment, encompassing all modules (Specs, Recipe, Compliance, etc.), to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
