PLM Engineering Change Analyst
 Responsible for managing the overall engineering change management process and associated decisions, which are appropriately considered and coordinated across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Productization Services, and other departments as appropriate. This person will help validate if a change is warranted, ensure that configurations and changes are consistent and fully documented, and that all change actions have been completed and properly executed.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Successfully process Agile PC ECOs (Engineering Change Orders), MCOs (Manufacturing Change Orders), and other Change Requests (CRs) to support activities for all aspects of the Product Development Lifecycle. Coordinate and define the CCB stakeholder for PLM design-controlled products and support processes. Enforces strict adherence to change requirements, workflow participation/notifications, and system constraints. Drive the continuous improvement of the change control processes and participate in initiatives to continuously improve the change order cycle time. Participate in defining and testing system enhancements. The subject matter expert on the overall change process and workflow activities. Metrics-driven, generate metric reports to drive process and system usage improvements.
  For This Role, You Will Need: Associate's Degree or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or 3+ years of related experience in PLM. Hands-on experience with the Agile PLM system or equivalent, product lifecycles, and change control processes. Extensive experience supporting Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Marketing and related supply chain concepts, materials movement, and production processes. Experienced in interpreting and developing ISO-controlled processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a desire to help others learn systems and requirements and achieve timely and accurate change releases. Experience in managing Bill of Material (BOM) structures and related implementation activities. Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing projects and support. Exercise judgment within the defined processes to quickly determine appropriate actions to support timely releases or changes.
