Our decades of experience keep us ahead of the curve by leveraging advanced Technological Solutions from enhancing the precious bond between people and their pets, to advancing animal healthcare and wildlife preservation.Management and operation of the PLM system to support engineering, development, and manufacturing processes.This role includes working with various departments in the organization so that each system supports the business and helps improve work processes.Responsibilities: Siemens Teamcenter system management Operation and ongoing maintenance of the systemManagement of system installations, updates and upgrades with the software house.Troubleshooting and technical support for system users.Documentation and writing documents Process documentationWriting change releasesImplementation and improvement of processes Implementation of work processes for the needs of the various departments.Analysis of existing processes and recommendations for improvements and upgrades.User training and supportTraining new and existing users on the user interfaceProviding ongoing support to users and service.work with other departmentsCollaboration with the engineering and R&D departments.Understanding business needs and translating them into PLM system solutions.Data and information managementEnsuring system integrity and accuracy.Managing and controlling access permissions to an information system.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management, Information Systems or a similar field.5 years of experience as a technical support and user training.Previous experience in PLM systems management - experience in Siemens Teamcenter is an advantage.In-depth understanding of code lifecycle management processes.Experience working in a global company and collaborating with international teams.Ability to analyze business processes and implement technological solutions.Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.Ability to solve problems independently and pay attention to details.Good written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.Experience in project management is an advantage.Current Employees apply HERE
