PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: + Develop new skills outside of comfort zone. + Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively. + Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development. + Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations. + Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations. + Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations. + Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making. + Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients. + Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties. + Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarising key points. + Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. **Job Requirements and Preferences** : **Basic Qualifications** : **Minimum Degree Required** : Bachelor Degree **Minimum Years of Experience** : 7 year(s) **Preferred Qualifications** : **Preferred Fields of Study** Management Information Systems, Accounting, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance, Business Administration/Management, Engineering **Preferred Knowledge/Skills** Demonstrates extensive-level experience in pharmaceutical industry regulatory environment, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes for clients in complex and dynamic environments, including: + Extensive-level knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and industry codes specific to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries; + Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines; + Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex compliance concepts to clients and internal stakeholders within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors; + Possess proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships within these industries, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service; + Subject matter specialization in global compliance program strategy, design, and operation, compliance program standard practices, emerging compliance risk issues, compliance automation solutions, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and analytics to monitor compliance risks; + Travel as needed to client sites within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors; + Lead and manage a team of consultants in delivering high-quality healthcare compliance consulting services to clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries; + Demonstrate experience providing strategic guidance and subject matter specialization to clients in these industries regarding compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards; + Leverage knowledge of global compliance program strategy, design, and operation to assist clients in developing and implementing effective compliance programs and addressing emerging compliance risk issues; + Advise clients on compliance automation solutions, leveraging technology and AI to streamline compliance and operational processes and enhance risk monitoring capabilities; + Conduct compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and audits specific to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries to identify areas of non-compliance and develop appropriate remediation plans; + Stay up to date with the latest healthcare compliance regulations, industry trends, and industry leading practices within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, and effectively communicate these changes to clients and internal teams; + Work with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to develop and implement compliance programs and initiatives tailored to the unique needs of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries; + Participate in business development activities specific to these industries, including client targeting, proposal development, client presentations, and networking events; and, + Lead diverse project teams and provide formal and informal coaching to junior team members. The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
