**Job Title: Plumber** **Job Description** We are seeking licensed plumbers for a year-long project involving the construction of two multi-family residential apartment buildings. The first building has 100 units, and the second has 200 units. You will work on a 14-person crew and assist with roughing, installation of PVC storm lines, PEX tubing, fixtures, and more. **Hard Skills** + Licensed plumber + Experience with PVC storm lines + Experience with PEX tubing + Fixture installation **Soft Skills** + Team collaboration + Attention to detail + Strong work ethic + Time management **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in New Haven, Connecticut. **Work Environment** M-F, 6:30AM-3PM. Parking is available on the right side of the building. No overtime or weekend work at this point in the project, but that will change in the coming months. Must have a yellow safety shirt, work boots, work pants, safety glasses, and a hard hat. On day one, bring your OSHA 10 and license.
