**Job Title: Plumber** **Job Description** We have 3 openings for a skilled plumber: 1.) Mon - Fri, 8am - 4:30pm 2.) Sun - Thurs, 8am - 4:30pm 3.) Tues - Sat, 8am - 4:30pm The role involves maintaining approximately 40 buildings on a University campus. Start your day at the Facilities Building, where you will receive Service Tickets before heading out to perform maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include fixing small kitchen appliances in dormitory common areas and working primarily in the dining hall to repair commercial-sized kitchen appliances such as grease traps, dishwashers, and drink dispensers. Note that this role focuses on servicing existing appliances rather than full plumbing or piping installations. **Hard Skills** + Must Have P1/P2 License + General Plumbing experience + Preventative Maintenance work + Service Plumber (not required to do full installations) + Repairing Pipes + Troubleshooting Water Heaters **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in West Hartford, Connecticut. **Work Environment** This is a University Campus, so there will be some traveling outside from building to building.
