+ POSITION SUMMARY: + Under the directions of the Maintenance Manager and/or the department supervisor, provides plumbing and related support for facilities. + QUALIFICATIONS: + EDUCATION: + Minimum: + High School diploma or equivalent + LICENSE: + Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy + PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: + Minimum: + EPA Certified in refrigerant recovery, Journeyman or Master Plumber, Medical Gas Certification, 1st class or 2nd class Boiler Operator (Stationary Engineer) + WORK EXPERIENCE: + Minimum: + 1-2 years in building operations and maintenance and professional certification + Preferred: + 2 years in professional certification + SKILLS: + Minimum: + Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions and established procedures. + Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
