Job Title: Plumber ($25 - $35 hourly based on experience)**

Job Description

We are seeking experienced commercial plumbers for a significant renovation project at ECSU in Elizabeth City. The role involves working on dormitories and dining halls, utilizing copper piping, PVC pipe, and cast iron.

ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using copper, PVC, and cast iron pipes.Ensure plumbing systems meet safety and regulatory standards.Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete project tasks on time.Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues as they arise.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Essential Skills3+ years of commercial plumbing experience.Proficiency in working with copper piping, PVC pipe, and cast iron.Strong understanding of construction and plumbing codes.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsJourneyman/Master's license is a bonus.Strong mechanical skills.Experience with new construction projects.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This is a standard Monday to Friday position, with working hours from 7 AM to 4:30 PM. Candidates commuting to Elizabeth City will receive $20/day for travel expenses. (Additionally, a van service from the Border Station to the job site is available to ease the commute for those wishing not to drive their own vehicle.)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
