**Job Title: Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced technicians to join our project team for the buildout of a retail outlet in Southpark Mall, Charlotte, NC. The project involves installing PVC piping systems and hangers in an unoccupied space within the mall. **Responsibilities** + Assist with cutting and gluing PVC piping systems. + Hang hangers for the piping systems. + Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation. + Collaborate with the onsite team to meet project deadlines. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of experience in industrial mechanical work. + Proficiency in pipefitting. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with carbon steel and stainless steel materials. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good attitude and team collaboration skills. + Experience with duct installation. **Why Work Here?** Join a dedicated team working on an exciting retail buildout project.
