**Job Title: Plumber** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, sprinkler, and plumbing systems, as well as related equipment. The role requires the safe use of power tools and the safe performance of all duties. You will be installing piping systems (including cast iron, PVC, PEX, steel, and corrugated stainless steel tubing), sanitary waste, and vent systems (Sch 40 PVC, cast iron, copper), water heaters, and hot water heating systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing plumbing fixtures, repairing and maintaining pump systems, reading and understanding project drawings and specifications, and applying local codes to installations and repairs. **Responsibilities** + Install, repair, and maintain heating, sprinkler, and plumbing systems and related equipment. + Ensure the safe use of power tools and perform all duties safely. + Install various piping systems including cast iron, PVC, PEX, steel, and corrugated stainless steel tubing. + Install sanitary waste and vent systems using Sch 40 PVC, cast iron, and copper. + Install water heaters and hot water heating systems. + Install plumbing fixtures. + Repair and maintain pump systems. + Read and understand project drawings and specifications. + Apply local codes to installations and repairs. **Essential Skills** + Expert level experience in plumbing and construction. + Ability to read and understand blueprints. + OSHA 10 certification. + Clean driving license (will operate service vehicle). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good moral judgement. + Team player. + Mechanical skills. + Self-driven. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive wage, generous benefits, and company insurance.
