**Job Title: Plumbing** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to manage and oversee various plumbing projects. The role involves laying out work, ordering materials, conducting safety talks, and managing teams effectively. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in No Hub, plumbing installation, branch lines, shower lines, gas lines, copper plumbing, and cast iron plumbing. **Responsibilities** + Lay out work and order necessary materials + Conduct safety talks regularly + Manage and supervise teams efficiently + Install No Hub, plumbing systems, branch lines, shower lines, gas lines, copper plumbing, and cast iron plumbing + Brazing and soldering copper pipe + Install PVC, PEX, and other plumbing systems + Work on drain lines, shower lines, plumbing sewer lines, gas lines, and septic lines + Read and interpret blueprints accurately + Ensure high-quality finishing work on copper plumbing and plumbing fixtures **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in plumbing, brazing, and cast iron piping + Expertise in copper plumbing and plumbing/fire protection + Ability to lay out work and order materials + Experience in supervising crews + Proficiency in blue print reading and plumbing design + Knowledge of No Hub, copper plumbing, cast iron plumbing, sewer and drain, shower lines + Skill in brazing and soldering copper pipe + Experience with PVC, PEX, and various plumbing installations + Strong understanding of gas lines and septic lines **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 30 certification + SST 10 certification + F60 certification + G60 certification + DOB Gas Card **Why Work Here?** The company is led by an owner who genuinely cares about the team's well-being and promotes growth. The hours are from 5:00 am to 6:00 am and 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm, with overtime available. Candidates must have their own tools, PPE, and measurement tools, and treat their work as artwork, ensuring perfection to avoid rework. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockaway park, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
