Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/ . **Responsibilities:** + Inspect plumbing systems for potential issues including leaks. + Work with specialized tools and equipment to install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, valves, pipes, and other components used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. + Cut and thread pipes using a variety of techniques. + Clean and remove obstructions from drains, water, an sewer systems. + Install backflow devices, for protection from backflow contamination. + Assist in performing site surveys and inspections as needed or requested by customer. + Work to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections. + Maintain a detailed report of work performed and completed. **Qualifications:** + At least 5 years experience of related commercial experience. + Experience in layout and installation of waste, pvc, and copper pipe. + Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction documents, and drawings. + Ability to lift & hold 50lbs, reach, stand or kneel, or climb and carry a ladder throughout the course of the day. + OSHA 10 strongly preferred. + Tools of the trade required.
