Providence is calling a Plumber - Facilities Engineering who will:
Be responsible for all facets of maintenance, repairs and installation of plumbing fixtures, piping and related equipment and systems Perform repair and maintenance functions in patient rooms, offices, other assigned areas of the hospital as well as float to support off site Hospital owned propertiesPlease note the following important details regarding this position:
This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily This role requires for you to be located within a daily commutable distance of our office location listed below: Lubbock Texas: Covenant Medical Center Work Week: Monday - Friday Work Shift: 7:30am - 4:00pm On Call work is required for this position which will include evenings and weekendsRequired qualifications for this position include:
Coursework / Training: 1+ years of training in mechanical and plumbing trades -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience 1+ years of experience at the Journeyman level as a plumber in an industrial institutional environment Required upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
