Plumber Installer
The Plumbing Installer will be responsible for executing various plumbing installation tasks for both residential and commercial settings. This role involves the installation of water systems, shower and tub setups, gas systems, water treatment systems and indoor and outdoor drainage systems. The Plumbing Installer must also be proficient in operating heavy machinery, such as an excavator, for ground plumbing installations. Responsibilities: + Water System Installation: Execute the installation of water systems in residential and commercial properties. + Shower and Tub Installation: Carry out the installation of a range of showers and tubs, ensuring correct fit and functionality. + Gas System Setup: Carry out the installation of gas systems, with a thorough understanding of the safety protocols and best practices for working with gas lines. + Drainage System Setup: Implement indoor and outdoor drainage systems, ensuring proper flow and adherence to local building codes. + Excavator Operation: Operate heavy machinery such as excavators for large-scale plumbing projects involving ground plumbing installations. + Bathroom Layout Compliance: Adhere to building codes for bathroom fixture placement, including maintaining proper distances from toilet centerlines and ensuring adequate space in front of toilets. + Water Treatment System Installations to include Point of Entry systems and Reverse Osmosis systems. Requirements Candidates must have and be able to: + Demonstrated mechanical expertise, including the use of various plumbing tools such as saws, tubing cutters, pipe and tube benders, plumber's torch, and thread sealing tape. + Knowledgeable in the safety precautions associated with plumbing tools and installations. + Experience with the installation of pipes and drainage, shower and tub systems in both residential and commercial properties. + Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems efficiently. + Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. + Valid driver's license and clean driving record. + A minimum 4 years experience in the trade + A deep understanding of plumbing fixtures and plumbing system designs + Enthusiasm to learn and grow + Clean driving record and background + Ability to work late at times Benefits Hourly Rate between $25 and $55 - based on experience level + 401(k) + Medical, Dental, Vision + Life insurance + Long term disability insurance + Teledoctor and Roadside assistance for entire family + 5 paid sick days + Up to 10 paid Vacation days + 6 Paid Holidays + Hands-on training + Bonuses + Company outings and events + Take Home Vehicle for our Leads. + Paid Uniforms + Gas Credit Card for Company Vehicle. + Tool Co-Op Program + Boot Replacement Program
