Position Overview: Essel is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both residential and commercial plumbing, with a strong emphasis on installation, maintenance, and repair. Key Responsibilities: + Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. + Diagnose plumbing issues and determine effective solutions. + Participate in new construction projects as well as plumbing renovations and upgrades. + Work with various plumbing materials including PVC, copper, and stainless steel. + Ensure all plumbing work is performed in accordance with building codes and safety regulations. + Communicate effectively with clients to explain plumbing problems and solutions. + Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions. Requirements Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Completion of an accredited plumbing apprenticeship program or equivalent work experience. + Valid plumber's license in California. + Proven experience as a plumber, with a thorough understanding of plumbing systems and tools. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Basic knowledge of safety practices and regulations in the plumbing field. + Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
