THE JOB: 

As a Plumber, you are responsible for all maintenance and repair for the property and equipment.

THE STARTING RATE: $30.78

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Install, operate, maintain, treat, and repair all plumbing fixtures in relation to all bodies of waterResponsible for operation, repair, maintenance and inspection of all pumps, motors, valves, pipes, and related controllers that pertain to the plumbing systemsResponsible for maintaining a preventative maintenance program for all equipment and pipingMaintain and repair all property and equipment within the specialtyComply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls and government regulationsMaintain a constant awareness of safety and accident preventionEnsure all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat, and orderly at all times
 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GEDWork various shifts, to include weekends and holidays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Experience working in a similar resort settingEffectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsWorking knowledge of the water, sewer, and natural gas, plumbing and piping system, storm drains, catch basins and gas fired heatersAbility to understand and comply with all company safety policies and their requirements. This includes attendance at training meetings as scheduledAbility to visually observe equipment and/or propertyMaintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standardsFamiliarity with local, state and federal codes
