**Job Title: Plumbing Assembler** **Job Description** Assembling plumbing for specialty fire trucks. You will be responsible for installing various components and ensuring the proper functioning of the plumbing system. **Responsibilities** + Install heat exchange not already installed with value + Install master drain + Install primer control + Install manual pump shift + Install discharge, R&L rear and front bumpers + Install bleeder drains + Connect lines to gauge panel + Self-check work + Meet production goals + Cut and thread pipes using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe threading machine + Bend pipes to the required angle using a pipe bending machine or by hand + Join pipes using screws, bolts, fittings, solder, plastic solvent, and caulk joints + Assemble and install valves, pipe fittings, and pipes + Fill pipe systems with water or air and read pressure gauges to check for system leaks **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand and power tools + Plumbing experience + Experience with plumbing/fire protection + Experience with cutting tools + Experience with boiler systems + Experience with drainage systems + Installation skills + Threading skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Motivated and hard working + Team-oriented + Great attendance and longevity + Ready to work **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits starting on day one.
