Description

The plumbing designer supports the mechanical/plumbing department in meeting its project responsibilities, schedules and goals.The position will collaborate with MEP department staff during the design and documentation of plumbing systems, and will coordinate plumbing design with all other disciplines so that the design is coordinated internally as well as with external clients.Assist with the preparation of plumbing engineering design studies, design narratives, calculations, and analysis.Assist with the preparation of design documents as required for all phases of design (concept, schematic, design development, construction documents).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited US college or5 years’ experience in the trades in a design role.AutoCAD proficientRevit proficientMicroStation / MicroStation 3D proficient

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $100000.00
