Job Title: Plumbing Designer
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Designer with experience in the design of large government buildings, K-12 schools, and healthcare facilities. The role involves conducting heating and cooling load calculations, utilizing Autocad and Revit for design, performing site visits, managing project deadlines, and interacting with clients and architects.

ResponsibilitiesDesign plumbing systems for large government buildings, K-12 schools, and healthcare facilities.Perform heating and cooling load calculations.Utilize Autocad and Revit for project designs.Conduct site visits to ensure project accuracy.Manage project deadlines effectively.Interact and communicate with clients and architects to detail designs.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and Autocad.Experience in plumbing/fire protection design.2+ years of experience working with plumbing systems (stormwater, sewer, drainage, and collection).Ability to work within Revit families, cut sections, and coordinate with other disciplines.Strong design skills to independently manage projects without needing markups.Effective communication skills for client interactions and detailed design discussions.Additional Skills & Qualifications2-20 years of experience in plumbing systems design.Experience with HVAC design.Familiarity with Revit MEP.Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with work-from-home flexibility on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office presence from Tuesday to Thursday. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
