Job Description

The Estimator will assist the Vice-President of Sales by preparing accurate estimates and supporting various tasks related to project planning and execution. This role requires interaction with architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors, while maintaining a professional demeanor and safeguarding the company's reputation.

Assist the supervisor in preparing estimates, attending meetings, and executing design and build project plans.Compile estimates as instructed.Comply with bid deadlines appropriately.Interact professionally with architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors.Maintain current knowledge of plumbing and piping industry standards, practices, and codes.Stay updated on standards, practices, codes, and fee schedules of the appropriate authority having jurisdiction.Utilize computer software programs such as Accubid, Quick Pen, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and ComputerEase effectively.QualificationsMust have commercial plumbing experience2+ years of estimating experienceRecruiter: Eisen Hardy - 614/551/9192 - 'ehardy@actalentservices.com'About Actalent
