**Job Title: Plumbing Foreman**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman with extensive knowledge of plumbing codes and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, sprinkler, and plumbing systems, and related equipment. This role requires safe use of power tools and the ability to perform duties safely. The foreman will be responsible for installing various piping systems, sanitary waste and vent systems, water heaters, hot water heating systems, and plumbing fixtures. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in reading and understanding project drawings and specifications, and applying local codes to installations and repairs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead crews in new build and renovation projects.
+ Install piping systems including cast iron, PVC, PEX, steel, and corrugated stainless steel tubing.
+ Install sanitary waste and vent systems using Sch 40 PVC, cast iron, and copper.
+ Install water heaters and hot water heating systems.
+ Install plumbing fixtures.
+ Repair and maintain pump systems.
+ Ensure safe use of power tools and perform duties safely.
+ Read and understand project drawings and specifications.
+ Apply local codes to installations and repairs.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5-10 years of experience leading crews in commercial plumbing.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Valid Driver's License and own transportation.
+ OSHA 10 certification in construction.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Good moral judgment.
+ Team player.
+ Mechanical skills.
+ Self-driven.

**Work Environment**
This position involves commercial construction, including new builds and pre-existing structures. The work hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Join a dynamic company that specializes in providing piping and plumbing solutions for commercial and industrial clients.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, New York.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
