Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Plumber with experience in commercial plumbing to assist with job layouts and various plumbing tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in both rough-in and finished plumbing for commercial, residential, and fit-outs/renovations. You will be responsible for installing and maintaining plumbing systems, cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes, locating and repairing water supply issues, and more.
ResponsibilitiesPerform rough-in and finished plumbing for commercial, residential, and fit-outs/renovationsInstall and maintain plumbing systems that transport water, waste, or gasesCut, assemble, and install pipes and tubesLocate and repair issues with water supply linesInstall, repair, and replace broken drainage lines and faucetsInstall new PVC, CPVC, PEX, Cast Iron, and Copper tubingMaintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systemsRead and interpret blueprints and building codes to determine work proceduresPrepare written work cost estimates for clientsAdhere to safety policies and proceduresWork independently or manage a small crewAdditional Skills & QualificationsIdeally 5+ years of experienceCommercial/Residential new construction experienceAbility to run jobs independentlyOwn hand and power toolsJourneyman or Master's Plumbing certification (plus)Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00
