About being our Plumbing Inspector \n

As our Plumbing Inspector, you will join the Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) project team of 40+ planners, architects, engineers, and other technical professionals to plan & design their next wave of capital investments, including airfield improvements, terminal improvements, infrastructure improvements, and more.\n
\n

Responsibility Highlights for our Plumbing Inspector \n\nDocument daily progress of work, prepare monthly progress payment request, track various changes, verify time and material work, measures and documents job quantities.\n\n
\n

Minimum Qualifications to be our Plumbing Inspector \n\nHigh school diploma or GED\n3+ years' experience performing plumbing inspections\nGeneral understanding of plumbing systems including domestic water and sewage systems and thorough knowledge of fire sprinkler pipe installations.\nDocumentation and information retrieval may require computer literacy skills.\nknowledge of the materials and methods used in the installation of plumbing installations\nCurrent ICC Certification as a Commercial Plumbing Inspector\nPossess a thorough 30-hour Cal- OSHA training prior to assignment. (The 30-hour training will have been received within the last 4 years.)
