**Job Title: Plumbing Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plumbing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the plumbing systems of our facilities, ensuring they function efficiently and safely. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle emergency calls, perform preventive maintenance, and document work per department procedures. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 3 pm. **Responsibilities** + Maintain the facilities' plumbing systems and respond to emergency calls from facility departments requesting immediate assistance for plumbing system problems. + Perform preventive maintenance on related equipment as assigned by the director or designee and report deficiencies. + Coordinate repairs to plumbing with other plumbing components and systems as necessary. + Document work per department procedures. + Complete safety and technical training as assigned by the department director or designee. **Essential Skills** + Experience with plumbing, PVC, blueprint reading, piping, and service. + Completion of a 2-year skilled trade or vocational school. + Completion of a 4-year Journeyman apprenticeship program. + 5+ years of plumber experience within commercial, industrial, or healthcare settings. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. + Excellent problem-solving skills. + Ability to contribute to the success of the team. + Exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others. **Why Work Here?** This company offers numerous opportunities for growth at this location and others.
