Overview Specific responsibilities include: Performing small plumbing repairs. Drain cleaning. Assisting with equipment replacements. Pipe installation.This position is Full-Time, Non-Exempt.
Responsibilities Specific responsibilities include: Cleaning and clearing of sewer/storm piping. Emergency response to after-hour plumbing calls. Video camera inspections to properly diagnose problems and assess the situation appropriately. Hydro jetting procedures to clean, clear, and maintain sewer/storm piping. Assisting service plumbers with installations and repairs. Scheduling HVAC maintenance and cleaning.This position is Full-Time, Non-Exempt, and reports to the Service Manager.
