**Job Title: Plumbing Service Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. This full-time position involves performing plumbing service and preventative maintenance orders for a variety of clients, including commercial, industrial, and residential properties. The role operates on a first shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of rotating on-call duties, including weekends and holidays. **Responsibilities** + Perform plumbing service and preventative maintenance for commercial, industrial, or residential clients. + Handle service and preventative maintenance on sinks, drains, faucets, toilets (both residential and automatic), water heaters, and piping systems. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in service plumbing. + Proficiency with basic hand tools; all power tools (battery or cord) will be provided. + Good and insurable driving record (more than 2 points will disqualify).. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with backflow prevention is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** This is a direct hire position offering long-term career opportunities.
