Responsibilities Install, and repair water, gas and other plumbing systems.Inspect structures and plumbing systems, locating and marking positions of pipes, connections and passages within walls and floors.Troubleshoot and test installed pipe systems and pipelines.Assemble, install, maintain or repair plumbing fixtures utilizing correct procedures and/or hardware.Utilize blueprints or technical diagrams following state or local building codes.Promote, maintain and adhere to OSHA regulations. Qualifications A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substitutedComprehensive knowledge and experience in commercial plumbing Excellent customer service and communication skillsValid driver’s license Must be able to climb ladders, work overhead, manipulate and maneuver toolsFrequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing and pulling required. Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends if necessary
