Job Description + Responsible for supervising work performed on systems ranging in difficulty from small basic commercial installations to large complex projects involving multiple plumbing systems + Assists in administrating the company safety program and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment Requirements + Minimum 8 years of verifiable experience in the plumbing trade and a minimum of 3 years of verifiable supervisory experience + Thorough knowledge of plumbing blueprints, specifications and codes + Thorough knowledge of other major craft blueprints + Thorough knowledge of all plumbing systems, from domestic water to medical gas + Excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully interact with employees and clients on a professional level + The ability to supervise multiple foremen + The ability to schedule projects and meet deadlines + Work in outside areas exposed to the weather and elements. + Work in awkward positions which can cause physical discomfort and strain. + Heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) with or without mechanical devices. + Exposure to safety hazards to make safe corrections while avoiding injury.
