**Job Title: Plumber Helper** **Charlotte, NC** **Pay $18-$26/hr** **Job Description** Technicians will assist Plumbing Mechanics with the installation of piping systems. Candidates will collect materials and pipe fittings as needed and hand them to the plumber for installation. Candidates must be mechanically inclined and proficient in using basic hand tools to assemble pipe fixtures. **Responsibilities** + Assist Plumbing Mechanics with the installation of piping systems. + Collect materials and pipe fittings as needed. + Hand materials and fittings to plumbers for installation. + Use basic hand tools to assemble pipe fixtures. **Essential Skills** + Knowledge of plumbing systems. + Experience with basic hand tools. + Ability to use a tape measurer. + Mechanical aptitude. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 1 year of general construction experience. + Ability to follow instructions. + Knowledge of how a building goes together. **Why Work Here?** This is a long-term project lasting over a year, providing job stability and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in commercial construction. **Work Environment** The position is based on a commercial construction site. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.
