Responsibilities

Receives written and oral work instructions form Superintendent and communicates instructions to employees. Assigns duties and instructs other employees on work and safety procedures. Assists Superintendent in the development of a maintenance list for scheduled maintenance days. Responsible for achieving targets established for safety, turnover, production, manhours, and quality. Provides feedback to employees regarding performance in safety, turnover, production, manhours, and quality, including disciplinary action if required. Conducts daily production reports, manhours reports, timesheets, and other assigned paperwork, ensures all paperwork is neat and accurate and turned in a timely manner. Complete daily production reports and manhours reports, time sheets and other assigned paperwork ensures all paperwork is accurate.

Participates in investigations of near-misses, first aid and accidents of employees.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: high school Diploma/GED required. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.  Computer skills are a must, with proven experience in Excel.
