Kforce has a client in Philadelphia, PA that is seeking a PM/BA who will be the primary Project Manager leading the claims workstream. Responsibilities: * Leads the creation of user acceptance testing plans and coordinates execution efforts by defining requirements for test bed data * Assists the agile team with internal test execution, inclusive of documenting results, managing and tracking defects, and trouble-shooting issues that arise out of testing * Produces comprehensive documentation of business logic and related technical functionality as a reference guide for users * Assists in production support process through triage and root cause analysis and proposes efficient solutions to issues open for remediation * Evaluates native functionality from third party partners and identifies opportunities to meet business needs
