Must have reliable transportation and driver license with good driving record. Strong work ethic with minimal number of tools required. Willingness to clean areas without being asked. Ability to safely work in fast-paced environment. Experience and Skills: + Ability to perform minor repairs while being supervised. + Perform routine maintenance and some repairs. + Check the vehicle’s fluid, change oil, tire pressure, and do general repairs. + Basic knowledge of vehicle systems. + Maintain acceptable productivity rate with clean and safe work environment. + Understand and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures. + Maintain positive relationship with all employees. + Time management to be able to complete the work. + High school diploma or general education degree (GED). + 1 year fleet, dealership, and/or technical school experience prefer.
