PM - Prevailing Wage compliance
**Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possible extension or conversion** **Job Description:** + This position is for a project consultant to manage Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship process. + It requires knowledge of labour compliance rules, specifically recent IRA regulations for PWA. + Knowledge of data entry systems for wage and payroll data such as LCP Tracker or similar are preferred. + Identify and conduct complex analysis of financial impacts of issues and specific decisions facing the company & proposes strategies that maximize the company's financial performance. **Responsibilities:** + Analyze the impact on the financial structure, profitability, financial integrity and competitive position of relevant environmental and/or business issues facing the company. + Evaluate the impact on the financial structure, profitability, financial integrity and competitive position of all strategic and tactical resource allocation plans. Understands financial and accounting systems and concepts, credit analysis and solves problems. + May make recommendations on short and long term financing decisions, interfaces w/ Regulatory, Finance and Accounting areas of the company. + Serves as a mentor and guide to others. + Handles varied and complex projects & tasks. **Experience:** 6 or more years of utility or other relevant experience required. **Skills:** • Strong leadership, organizational, communication and presentation skills **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other technical field required. + MBA, CPA, or other relevant graduate degree highly desirable. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
