PM&R Physician / Associate Medical Director

Location: Saint Joseph, Missouri
Compensation: $200–$250 per hour

Overview:

We are seeking a Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) / Associate Medical Director to join our team in Saint Joseph, MO. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with a flexible part-time schedule (3 days per week) and a leadership role within a well-established rehabilitation program. As Associate Medical Director, you will play a key role in patient care while helping to guide clinical operations and program development.

Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality physical medicine and rehabilitation care to patients. Oversee and coordinate patient treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Support and develop clinical protocols to enhance patient outcomes. Assist in program leadership, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance efforts. Work closely with hospital administration and medical staff on rehabilitation services. Qualifications: MD or DO with board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). Previous leadership or associate medical director experience preferred but not required. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
