The Opportunity
As the PM Tools Consultant, you will work closely with the Corporate Functions Project Management Office (CFPMO) team, Corporate Function senior leadership, ETX, and project teams to lead the implementation and optimization of project management tools to support organizational needs and standards across the Corporate Functions and broader MassMutual.
The Team
The CFPMO oversees the execution of initiatives across Corporate Finance, Enterprise Risk, Investment Management, Law, and HR & Employee Experience, as well as defines and owns project management standards across the company. The team is focused on driving and aligning critical programs and projects across our Corporate Functions, creating more visibility into this work, while enabling better prioritization, collaboration, and execution.
We are a newer team of self-starters, who enjoy solving complex business problems with proven track records of excellence in project management and the ability to quickly structure and manage work in a dynamic, complex environment.
The Impact
Develop and manage a roadmap for the project management toolkit, ensuring alignment with the CFPMO’s strategic goalsCollaborate with the IT and project management teams to identify, evaluate, and deploy new features and technologiesMonitor tool performance, usage, and effectiveness, providing recommendations for enhancements or replacements as neededEstablish integration opportunities and maintain protocols between project management tools and other business systemsOversee the documentation of tool usage, including guides, usage standards, and application areasManage vendor relationships for third-party project management toolsThe Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and expertise8+ year of expertise in project management best practices, standards, and tooling3+ years of experience with project management tools and capabilities (e.g., MS Project, MS Office Suite, Clarity, Smartsheet, etc.,)The Ideal Qualifications
Experience in wealth management and/or insurance industry sectorsWell-versed in dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.,) Project or Program Management Certification (i.e., PMP, CAPM, etc.)Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionallyExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsWhat to Expect as Part of MassMutual and the Team

Salary Range: $121,800.00-$159,800.00
