We are currently seeking a Finance Director to join our team in the Houston office. Reporting to the CFO of Honeywell Process Measurement and Control (PMC), this role will be the finance lead of a $450M business. Responsibilities include financial reporting and analysis, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis. The Finance Director will partner with the general manager of the Americas business to achieve all financial goals. This position is viewed as the CFO/COO of the entire $450M business, responsible for providing key insight on decision-making and operationalizing annual, quarterly and monthly targets into an action-oriented plan. This role will be responsible for working cross-functionally to not only develop a plan to meet targets, but to roll up their sleeves and do their part in executing the plan to meet those targets.

Key Responsibilities:
\n\nDeliver strong and dynamic leadership of all Commercial Finance aspects.\nGlobal strategic finance partner that advises leadership on opportunities/risk that impact financial performance of the business\nManage and develop a team of analysts / managers\nCoordinate, communicate and complete monthly financials forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Working Capital, Cash Flow)\nPrepare and present Annual Operating Plan\nDevelop and execute sustainable working capital improvement with key stakeholders\nManage financial performance and implement finance strategies across different business units to achieve committed business performance and targets\nIdentify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to the senior management\nDevelop detailed financial models and provide business leaders with a “What If” analysis and recommendations\nWork independently and collaborate effectively\nYOU MUST HAVE:
\n\n9+ years Commercial business experience (i.e. business analysis, financial planning & analysis)\nExperience developing forecast and operating plans.\nExceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers)\n\nWE VALUE:
