Main responsibilities:

Develop BU strategic plans to collaborate with central marketing and other X-funtional team ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers/influencers at key target,  strategic departments in cardiovascular and transplantProvide insights for business forecasts and revenue management and participate in the determination of market potential and preparation of sales expense estimationColabrate with local taskforces to achieve key performance target in hospital listing and objectives on other prioritiesProvide market intelligence and customer feedback timelyConsolidate and prepare yearly budget, strategic and business plans, and direct the planning and implementation of key programs

About you

What you should have?

Master Degree or above, Industry/product knowledge requiredAt least 5 years with pharmaceutical industry with strategic marketing or consulting backgroundGood marketing planning skillsGood project management skillsGood interpersonal skills
