In addition, you will work with cross-functional partners to share knowledge, drive analytics standards and best practices, and accelerate capabilities across Corporate Engineering & Technology. **Thrive at work and at home:** + **Benefits** kick in on **DAY ONE** for you and your family, including health insurance, parental leave, fertility benefits and adoption assistance. + Significant opportunities for you in our **wellness program** such as fitness reimbursement, HSA contributions and back-up care for aging parents and children. + 6% **401K** match, additional 2% core contribution = **8%** overall match + **Vacation** , plus site paid **holidays** and **volunteer** days. + Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with tuition **advancement** , tuition **reimbursement** and tuition **assistance** programs. + Learn more about our benefits here (https://careers.tranetechnologies.com/global/en/benefits) ! **Where is the work:** Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week. **What you will do:** + Lead development of world-class dashboards to enable sophisticated self-service analysis for all Corporate Engineering & Technology stakeholders. + Use data visualizations to facilitate storytelling, and data exploration. + Understand business needs and strategy, gather requirements, and translate into dashboard design. + Lead team and organizational thinking about new and better ways to display information. + Promote design-thinking in dashboard development. + Understand and develop data structures required to combine multiple data sets to allow for multi-faceted data exploration and performant dashboards. + Manage launch of data products through training material development, training sessions, and on-going support for Network of Excellence and Engineering Technical Center (ETC) teams. + Data exploration to identify and understand new data sets that can enhance the value of dashboards and insights. + Partner within the NoE and ETC teams, IT, and PPM/UMT360 external partners and broader organization to develop and launch innovative data products. + Operate in an agile fashion to deliver regular “demos” to the customer. **What you will bring:** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Analytics, or Business. + 8+ years of experience in a hands-on data visualization role. + Expert knowledge of PPM, Tableau, and Tableau Server.Certifications preferred. + Expertise in applying filters and using parameters within Tableau. + Able to join tables and build data sets for Tableau consumption. + Advanced knowledge of Alteryx, and Alteryx workflows to support data set development preferred. + Experience with large data sets. Excellent communication skills –able to convey complex concepts to technical and business teams in a simple and understandable way. + Participant in Tableau or analytics community. + Agile experience a plus. **Compensation:** Base Salary: $120,000 - $159,000 Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
