Experience the best of both worlds and become a core part of our dynamic team today! **Additional Benefits:** + Great work/life balance + Collaborate on projects and innovations with industry leaders in the Pharma and CRO sectors + Cohesive team environment fostering a collaborative approach to study work + Variety of therapeutic areas, indications and, study phases + Job stability; long-term engagements, and development opportunities + Career advancement opportunities **Responsibilities:** + As part of the Program Management Office (PMO) team, collaborate and consult with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements + Develop report mock-ups and proof of concepts to facilitate effective hand-offs to the Business Intelligence (BI) development team + Provide feedback on layout, visualization types, and overall presentation to ensure that dashboards provide responsive insights and data driven support as per business requirements + Test reports and dashboards to validate content accuracy, usability, and data quality from a business perspective + Gather feedback from end-users to continuously refine and improve reports and dashboards + Perform ad-hoc data queries on semantic models to address business questions and resolve issues + Organize and conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure users are confident in using the reports and dashboards + Scrum Master for BI Dev Team **Skills Required:** + Experience with clinical development lifecycle; including clinical development planning, project management, and database systems (CTMS, EDC, IRT, etc.) + Expert experience with Power BI + Strong analytical and quantitative skills + Advanced in Microsoft Excel + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional stakeholders at all levels + Ability to work independently and with Technical and Business Team Resources **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, social/physical/life science, business, or related field and minimum 3 years’ experience in data analytics + Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting the development of dashboards/reports in the pharmaceutical industry using Power BI, specifically phase I-III clinical trials **required** . + Oncology experience strongly preferred + Risk Based Quality management experience/knowledge is a plus + Must have a consultative approach and excel in quick paced environments with evolving priorities .
