PMO & Business Analyst – Reciprocating Compressors

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

The Reciprocating Compressor (RC) Team is working on the growth of the historic product line, aiming to take it to the next level. We believe in the power of data to drive strategic decisions, and that’s where you come in!

We need a proactive and energetic individual to:

Become the go-to expert for all quantitative and qualitative analysis related to Reciprocating Compressors projects, for DTI, ITO, and OTR phases.

Guarantee completeness and accuracy of data related to RC opportunities, working closely with all the relevant functions, included Sales, Technical sales, DTI, Application Engineers and CommOps.

Building a reliable analytical infrastructure to keep everything running smoothly and updated.

Have a close collaboration with departments like Finance, OTR, and others to ensure accurate and timely data flow.

Be Responsible for managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.

Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, ENG, supply, commissioning. Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.

Develop regular redesign of Operating Mechanism and processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.

Support management in the function and/or in the business to drive strategic initiatives.

Be involved in Ad hoc projects.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a degree in engineering, economics, or finance.

Be proficient in managing data, metrics, reporting.

Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and master presentations at executive level.

Have an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skills.

Previous experience with documenting, planning, reporting, and executing programs.
