Should have experience in setting up PMO  Must Have Certified PMP Quantitative PMO Skills  Ten Years Project Management Framework  Project Management Framework Proficiency  CMMI Methodology- understanding  and  Experience  Experience in Project Management Office PMO function from inception and day to day management  Experience working in scaled Agile environments and the governance through quarterly Business reviews  Programme Cycle Planning Experience  working with financial institutions is preferred  Knowledge of Clarity Confluence and Jira Dashboards  Plan view RAID issues  Proven stakeholder management skills Strong MS office skills powerpoint excel and word  Ability to work with Agile Product Owners  EPIC Owner Project Managers within the Programme  Oversee project programme financials and report significant variances  Manage administration behind programme governance  Operating Committees Steering Committees  Manage all Programme level reporting info different Steercos KDs
