The PMO coordinator will focus on facilitating regular portfolio updates with business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure clear communication. He will also be responsible for identifying and resolving risks, bottlenecks, or issues that could impact project timelines or budgets.

\n

Your new adventure:

\n

·                Govern and track the IT portfolio to ensure alignment with planning procedures across all I&T teams.

\n

·                Align with global PMO standards and implement PMO best practices.

\n

·                Facilitate portfolio updates with business stakeholders to align business priorities and activities.

\n

·                Maintain ongoing engagement with stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with business objectives.

\n

·                Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and issues in project delivery.

\n

·                Prevent or minimize budget deviations and timeline impacts.

\n

·                Support and coordinate change management initiatives

\n

Your experiences and skills

\n

·                Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Information Systems or Project Management

\n

·                Change management certification is a plus

\n

·                Experience in global IT and Business Alignment with remote sites and teams

\n

·                Very good German and good English skills a must

\n

·                Independent working style and solution-oriented personality with excellent communication and moderation skills

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 59,766.98 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
