As a Senior Program Manager directly reporting to PMO Cost Director, you will be part of a team that is responsible for providing data-based directions, specifically looking from cost angle, that influences and sets site’s strategic direction to reach or exceed business targets. This is achieved through collaboration with HVM and TD stakeholders to build and, execute innovative and cost-effective MOR for each generation long before technology ramp, while working on POR gap closures aggressively. In this role you will have the opportunity to engage and influence innovative solutions to meet Best in Class technology solutions that align with corporate strategic objectives and contribute to the company’s success, measured through, Cost savings, Quality, and Technology timelines. 

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Fluent in DRAM Process flow and its implications to Cost KPIsDeep understanding of MOR & POR knowledge to serve as a liaison between TD & HVMDesign and drive cost related MOR-POR projects with ‘Shift Left’ mindset in executionOwn cost saving initiatives and related metricsImplement cost savings projects and process improvement programsSupport capital budgeting and cash flow management, and be integral part of YoY CpGb reduction effortsLead/drive teams in a global manufacturing network involving team members of various fields, organizations and cultures.

Requirements:

Degree/Major: BS, MS or Ph.D. in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, Physics and/or related field 10+ years of professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing process technologyExcellent analytical skills and organizational competency.With good oral and written English communication skills.Understanding of DRAM wafer structure and process flows (Highly Preferred) Time & Project Management skills
