PMO IT Project Manager - Expert (Government)

AT&T has an opening for an IT Project Manager with Network Specialization to support the Program Management Office in leading project execution initiatives across program functional areas **Job Duties/Responsibilities:** + Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. + Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to execute project tasks. + Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. + Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. + Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report on project status to all stakeholders. + Perform risk management to minimize project risks. + Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. + Ensure resource availability and allocation. + Provide direction and support to the project team. + Facilitate the definition of project tasks and resource requirements. **Required Clearance** TSSCI with poly (#tssci) (#polygraph) **Required Qualifications:** + A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT project management. + Proven experience in managing IT projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum). + Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Experience in creating and implementing a detailed plan to ensure overall quality of IT products, services and systems. + Experience in resolving problems and taking corrective action to resolve and achieve results. + Candidate must have a total of 12 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 12 years of work history OR an Associate’s and 10 years, a Bachelors’ and 8 years, a Masters and 6 years or a PhD and 2 years of work history. **Desired Qualifications** + ServiceNow, Tableau, Splunk or experience with other data visualization tools + Project Management Professional (PMP) + Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) + Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) + ITIL Certification Our IT Project Manager's earn between $98,100 - $187,026.
