This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to drive operational efficiency while aligning projects with business goals. A key focus will be on **internal and external stakeholder management** to ensure all deliverables are met effectively and on time. **Key Responsibilities:** **1. Program Management & Governance** + Oversee the planning, execution, and governance of projects across North Asia & Oceania. + Ensure adherence to project management best practices, frameworks, and compliance requirements. + Establish and maintain governance structures for tracking project performance and outcomes. **2. Financial Management** + Track and manage revenue, ensuring alignment with financial goals and forecasts. + Drive accurate **forecasting, revenue tracking, and budget adherence** to meet financial targets. + Collaborate with business teams to align **financial goals with project execution** . **3. Timely Project Delivery** + Ensure projects are delivered **on time, within scope, and within budget** . + Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate bottlenecks and execution risks. + Monitor key project milestones and proactively address delays. **4. Risk Management & Mitigation** + Identify and assess project risks, developing effective mitigation strategies. + Establish contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity. + Work with cross-functional teams to resolve project challenges proactively. **5. Timely Booking & Revenue Recognition** + Ensure timely and accurate **project booking, revenue recognition, and compliance with financial standards** . + Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to align on financial performance tracking. **6. Internal & External Stakeholder Management** + Act as the primary point of contact for **internal teams, customers, and external partners** to ensure all deliverables are met. + Align with business, finance, operations, and technical teams to drive successful project execution. + Manage relationships with **vendors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies** to ensure smooth project implementation. + Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, addressing concerns and aligning expectations proactively. **Key Qualifications & Skills:** + **Proven experience in program management, PMO leadership, or project governance.** + Strong understanding of **financial management, forecasting, and revenue tracking** . + Expertise in **project execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement** . + Ability to drive **operational efficiency and governance in complex regional projects** . + Excellent communication and leadership skills to **manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders** . + **PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.** This role is **critical to driving project success, financial performance, and strategic alignment** in North Asia & Oceania.
