Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage PMO operations, ensuring efficient project execution and support. Resource Management: Lead the allocation of resources for multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization. Project Tracking: Maintain oversight of project and business opportunity IDs for both new and existing accounts and engagements. Revenue Management: Track and manage revenue streams across all projects, ensuring accuracy in revenue reconciliation and alignment with financial objectives. Resource Planning: Plan and schedule resources efficiently, forecasting future capacity requirements to meet business demands. Utilization Maximization: Drive strategic and billable resource utilization to enhance project outcomes. Governance: Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Reporting: Provide regular management reports and insights on project performance, resource utilization, and financial health. Strategic Prioritization: Prioritize projects in alignment with key business objectives and goals. Process Optimization: Streamline and automate processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency. Knowledge Management: Facilitate the reuse of project learnings and knowledge across teams to foster continuous improvement. Team Collaboration: Promote a culture of collaboration and effective communication across all project teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

Extensive experience in project management office (PMO) operations. Proficiency in revenue reconciliation and financial management. Strong ability to plan and manage resources efficiently. Proven ability to establish governance frameworks and produce management reports. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a focus on process improvement.
