The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a team of 5-6 Business Analysts. IT Support Specialists, and Application Specialists who have come up through the operations side of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale projects, with a focus on implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 5-6 business analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects, with a primary focus on the D365 implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and other stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure the team follows best practices in project management, including risk management, change management, and stakeholder communication. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and report on project status to senior management. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the project management process as appropriate.
