As a PMO Portfolio Leader at Resideo, you'll leverage Project Management, leadership, and engineering skills to partner with business leaders to analyze and collectively manage current and proposed projects for our Air category of products. You'll manage budgets based on numerous key characteristics, both business and technical related. You'll have the chance to be instrumental in driving many projects from conception through to release, ensuring optimal execution, and utilizing the pool of resources to the highest efficiency. **JOB DUTIES:** + Owns Portfolio budgets, stay within targets. + Own the Air project portfolio partnering with the engineering leader and the marketing lead to create and maintain portfolio priorities. Prepare and drive Stage 1 execution in partnership with Product Marketing, Handover as required to Project Manager / EPL for execution. Produce roadmaps & dashboard to run the business. + Accountable, alongside the engineering lead and the marketing lead, for the portfolio’s financial success. Requires business acumen and understanding of margins and what drives them. Challenges projects that don’t meet margin targets, Validate, and monitor financial feasibility of projects. + Accountable to run key programs when assigned, drive to a successful conclusion, coordinating multiple projects and reconciling the interdependencies among them. + Own talent development, skill sets, and capacity. + Own training, mentoring, and coaching in the program management discipline. Ensure skills meet today’s needs and the future. Develop succession and staff development goals. + Develop softs kills and business acumen as well as program management skills. Facilitate communication among a program’s cross-functional team, deliver high quality projects on time, on specification and on cost. + Interface with ISC: purchasing, finance, manufacturing, etc. for successful launch of programs they are assigned to. + Ensure the quality of the program before release to Beta and sales. **KEY LEADERSHIP SKILLS:** + Open & transparent communication up and down the organization. + Change leadership, in both process and organization + Metric and process driven, Customer focused, business savvy. **YOU MUST HAVE:** + Proven Project and Program Management experience, with 10+ years of relevant experience across Project Management and Engineering. + B.S.
