PMO Project Manager - Level 2

Job Description

 

Cintas is currently looking for a Project Manager-Level 2 for the Project Services Team within IT.  The Project Manager-Level 2 is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of medium to large-sized, moderate to highly complex projects (defined as tier 1 and 2 projects).  They are responsible for developing the project scope, defining project guidelines, obtaining business and information technology sponsor approvals and coordinating the resources necessary to successfully complete the project utilizing PMO standards and tools.  Other responsibilities include the refinement of requirements, project coordination, development of plans and schedules, resource management and estimation, risk analysis, facilitate and influence decision-making and project maintenance.  Projects may address an enterprise need or may be specific to the needs of a single department. 

Skills/Qualifications

 

Required:

 

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline is preferred Minimum 7 years of experience in the IT field overseeing projects using formal project management techniques Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology Minimum 3 years of experience leading projects with budgets of $500K or greater Minimum 3 years of experience leading projects with 10 or more members

 

Preferred:

 

Experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite Previous business or project management work experience in a Fortune-500 or Global-1000 company Current PMP Professional Certification Experience using PMI, Prince2, or ASAP project methodologies Experience implementing or upgrading ERP systems: SAP
