Position OverviewJoin our dynamic team as a PMO Customer Support Specialist, where you will be at the forefront of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) innovation within the Intelligence Community (IC). This role is pivotal in supporting the first IC application that harnesses large language model technology for comprehensive collection analysis and sentiment assessment. By providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for a cutting-edge data sharing platform, you will contribute to a mission that is transforming the landscape of generative AI in government. Responsibilities Manage schedules, technical engagements, deliverables, and communications, ensuring formal programmatic documentation aligns with the IC’s evolving needsDevelop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quick reference guides, FAQs, and other documentation to streamline user experiences and support processes.Engage in collaborative efforts to support office functions, including trainings, conferences, and working groups, contributing to the overall success of the OSINT mission.Coordinate among various projects and government teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and facilitate technical advancements.Utilize AGILE methodologies to collaborate with project team lead, effectively tracking and managing customer support tickets.
